2-Application of waterproof Joint Sealing Tape 2000, in width of 12 cm, and length of 904 m
3-Application ofAQUAFIN 2K/M, with blue color, in amounts of 8590 kg, in area of 2862 m2
Consumed material:
1-Special and waterproof Joint Sealing Tape 2000, manufactured in Schomburg Pars Company
2-AQUAFIN- 2K/M and AQUAFIN IC coating and sealing materials, manufactured in Schomburg Pars Company
Conducted Operations are:
Regarding observed leakages in body and especially leakages in expansion and constructional joints of siphon and according to request of honorable experts of inspection unit, design and constructional details was presented by PAM.CO Company and accepted and verified. After notifying design to responsible contractor (Gharargahe Sazandegie khatamolanbia of Anbia Institute) contract was concluded with above-mentioned Company and constructional operation was begun.
1-Repairing and amending of floor, wall, and roof surfaces of siphon,using repairing proper materials
2-Discharging of expansion joints and repairing and amending of their edge, using repairing proper materials
3-Inserting of Backing Rod for infrastructure and creating predicted depth in design, inside all joints
4-Application of Joint Sealing Tape 2000-S in width of 12 and 20 cm on constructional and expansion joints and also on cracks created in floor, wall and roof of structure
5-Application of AQUAFIN-2K/M sealing material, with gray color on floor, wall and roof surfaces of siphon
6- Application of AQUAFIN ICsealing and crystallized material, on damp surfaces of floor, wall and roof of siphon
